Diane began her own fitness journey in earnest in 2007 when, weighing 316 pounds, she joined a local gym. She spent the next 5 years determinedly applying her study of nutrition and fitness, eventually losing 150 pounds. This transformational experience profoundly captivated her heart and became a passion, leading her to pursue certification and teaching fitness to others on their own journeys. In September of 2019 she opened a fitness studio with group exercise classes and personal training.
Diane is certified as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and nutrition coach, holding certifications in Indoor Cycling, Weight Loss Management, Fighting Obesity, Kettlebells, Pilates/Yoga, Group Step, and Arthritis Exercise.
