Class Descriptions
Pilates Barre
Sculpt Stretch
You will improve muscle definition, flexibility, balance, postural alignment, core strength, coordination, correct breathing, boost your metabolism to help in weight loss (muscle tissue burns more calories), reduce stress, increase mind-body awareness & range of motion, build strength & sculpt your body with low impact dynamic movements, using body weight and various equipment including Barre or chair finishing with an extended yoga-inspired stretch. (format varies each week). (Beginner to Advanced)
Abs, Booty, Core, & More
Various tools/equipment including balls, weights, and resistance bands will be used to sculpt the abdominal, gluteal, and core muscles. Cardio intervals may be included. (Beginner to advanced)
SENIOR FITNESS 60+
Dynamic (or “active”) stretching, resistance/strength training, balance work, and a stretch in a safe group setting that’s fun and lighthearted, to music that’ll make you want to move your feet. Evidence based exercise to target relief from symptoms of Arthritis to help ease inflammation, improving energy, shed excess weight, and promote feel-good endorphins. (Beginner to Intermediate)
R & R (Rejuvenate & Restore)
This Pilates/Yoga inspired class incorporates various exercises & equipment focusing on increasing flexibility, core strength, balance, and reducing stress. You will focus on controlled, mindful breathing and deep stretching. People of all fitness levels find increased flexibility, balance, muscle strength, increased range of motion, and mental clarity. (Beginner to advanced)
Boot Camp
This power-packed class is designed to challenge all fitness levels. The format will change each week to include strength, cardio, intervals, plyometrics, body weight, and core with motivating music & coaching providing guidance, modifications, & encouragement. Push your own limits and prepare to challenge yourself. (Beginner to advanced)
